pub struct FrameTiming {
pub capture_ns: i64,
pub encode_start_ns: i64,
pub encode_end_ns: i64,
}Expand description
When a frame was captured and when its encode began and ended, as CLOCK_MONOTONIC nanoseconds, so a consumer can attribute a frame’s age to the host rather than the network or the decoder. An encoder leaves them zero; the capture that ran it stamps every stripe of the frame.

pub fn stamp( stripes: &mut [EncodedStripe], capture_ns: i64, encode_start_ns: i64, )
Stamps the stripes of one frame, captured at capture_ns and encoded from
encode_start_ns until now.
